A lot is being made of "Detroit's rebirth."
No one, of course, ever asks why the city needs to be reborn and what natural disaster killed The Paris of the West, because the answer is obviously black people (almost every person in America instantly retreats from uttering the cause of death from Detroit, gripped in self-imposed intellectual paralysis when confronted with obvious racial realities).

To put bluntly, 100 years ago, Detroit was almost 100 percent white. Today, Detroit is less than seven percent white. Any conversation about why Detroit died must acknowledge the prior sentences veracity or else it will be descend into fiction and farce when trying to determine reasons for the collapse of the Arsenal of Democracy.
Know this: Dan Gilbert, who relocated the headquarters of Quicken Loans to Detroit, employs a private security force to keep his employees safe and massive security measures of more than 500 cameras to protect not just private property but the lives of those who work for him. He has erected a police state to give white people a sense of security in a sea of insecurity, crime and misery created (and tolerated, since black crime keeps white people from living in the city) by blacks.
In the absence of civilization - Detroit is 83 percent black - extreme measures must be enacted for those white pioneers trying to carve out hope, stability and a future from the vast wilderness of a failed experiment in equality.
All around the blight, decay and ruin of Detroit are reminders of the civilization white people long ago built and abandoned once black crime became intolerance and blacks demographically eclipsed whites and the population pressure exerted by this change made black political rule inevitable.
The blight, decay and ruin of Detroit are a reminder of the type of community black people create in the absence of white people, even when the blacks inherited a city complete with 1st World infrastructure.
Which brings us to this. [Provocative Billboard at 8 Mile and Lodge Grabs Attention, Deadline Detroit, 1-25-17]:
The sign over 8 Mile Road at the Lodge Freeway is jarring: "Black people are being pushed out of Detroit."
Alana Walker of BLAC magazine writes:
That may or may not be true -- the city still hovers at around an 80% black population, though downtown is a little more white than in recent years -- but the sign is meant to promote indie filmmaker Jason Black’s new film Gentrified – Ethnic Cleansing: American Style, which addresses the effects gentrification in Detroit and other cities has on the black community.
Black’s project raised almost $180,000 through an IndieGoGo campaign [last September], and is hosting screenings in cities around the world including London, Atlanta, Houston and Chicago, where a similar sign went up earlier this month.Strangely, no screening dates are set for Detroit.
On his Facebook page, the filmmaker says of this billboard:
You all have no idea how much of a battle is was to get them to accept this sign. It was three weeks of negotiations and haggling. Maybe I'll go into it one of these days but it was not easy. . . .
We were outright refused in Cleveland, and that sign was much tamer than this one was.White people were pushed out of Detroit in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, culminating in the election of black supremacist Coleman Young as mayor in 1973. The current state of Detroit in 2017 is a direct reflection of the type of community individual black people can collectively create.
It's quite simple: a black population is a liability, not an asset to any city.
White people were long ago pushed out of Detroit, Atlanta, Cleveland, Chicago, Baltimore, Memphis, Birmingham, New Orleans, and hundreds of American cities that their ancestors built (who worked hard to bestow upon their posterity the blessings of liberty that evaporated once a black population was introduced into the mix) by rising black populations that brought high levels of crime, drove away business and decimated commercial/private property values.
The billboard should read: "White people were long ago pushed out of Detroit, and the blight, ruin, & crime found today is courtesy of the blacks."
Never forget: gentrification is just the reintroduction of white civilization to a community black people long ago - save for the buildings and hints civilization once flourished there - colonized and regressed to the black mean.
