Happy Valentine's Day!

I don't have a special post today, but I just wanted to pop in and say "Happy Valentine's Day!" Today is Knox's very first Valentine's Day, and he and I get to spend it together while Walker is at preschool. Walker has a little Valentine's Day party this afternoon that Knox and I will go to, and I'm planning a yummy meal and dessert at home tonight for Brandon and me once the boys go to bed. {Walker gets to have a sandwich shaped like a heart and poor Knox...his pureés will just have to do this year. ;)} 

I hope you have a wonderful day spent with the ones you love. And just for old time's sake, here's a look at our past Valentine's Days: 

2016:

*We made heart-shaped pizzas, got lots of cuddles and kisses from Walker, and he made this special little "I Love You [This Much]" picture at his once-weekly Mother's Day Out program. 

2015:

*I knew at this point that I'd be staying at home in the fall, but was still working full-time at this point. Brandon was actually traveling for business on Valentine's Day this year, so my little Walker, who had just turned one a few weeks prior, and I celebrated together. :) 

2014:

*Walker was a mere three weeks old celebrating his first Valentine's Day! My grandparents drove up from my hometown to watch him so Brandon and I could go out to eat dinner together. And funny, Knox has on this very same bib today. :)

2013:

*I was working for American Airlines' PR agency and it was on Valentine's Day 2013 that American announced its merger with US Airways. So, I was bunkered down in my boss's office at American's headquarters beginning at 4 a.m. that day. Brandon showed up to HDQ that day to bring my a cup of coffee and some roses.
