The jungle trademark comes with much pride.  It says I know and I let. It is I who introduced first.   As we have seen in the De Plata Case, his arrival was first announced in the jungle blog before he appeared in the news media. Victims usually come out on their own volition when they feel comfortable.  However, in the jungle's case, someone usually announce their arrival with a trumpet.  

Roy Quintanilla was announced in the jungle before he made his public appearance. According to Tim Rohr:

It is now 11:48 AM, Tuesday, May 16. A Day that will live in INFAMY. Bring on that law suit you monster.

On May 17, 2016, Roy Quintanilla made his public appearance surrounded by his lawyer, David Lujan, the media, and family and friends.

Then on June 6, 2016, Tim Rohr told his followers to remember June 7th.  See the screenshot below:

On June 7th, Walter Denton went public surrounded with his lawyer, the media, and with family and friends.  

The same thing happened to Roland Sondia.  He was introduced by the jungle before he made his public appearance. Tim Rohr told his readers to set their clocks to June 15th at 10:00 am.   See the screenshot below: 

On June 15, 2016, Roland Sondia came out in public surrounded with his lawyer, the media, and with family and friends.  Victims of sexual abuse usually come out of their own volition when they feel most comfortable.  But introducing the alleged victims in the jungle blog first is usually the jungle trademark. 

Interestingly enough, the same thing was done to the late Archbishop Felixberto C. Flores.  On May 25th, Tim Rohr stated in his blog (the bold is mine):

Where is the evidence that Monsignor David and Father Adrian knew about the Archbishop's past of sexual abuse?  Did anyone ask Rohr to produce the evidence?  The implication in this statement is that Archbishop Apuron also knew something about Archbishop Flores' past and used it to bribe Flores into making him Archbishop of Agana.  Again,where is evidence of this?  Under that same thread, an anonymous poster asked Tim what did Archbishop Apuron know about Flores that allowed him to be the successor? What I placed in bold in the comment above became a published post, which you can see here.  There is that "I Let".  

To say, "I let the victims do it first," is very unsettling.  Why?  Because it means that the person has control of the victims.  If he can LET the victims do it first, then it also means that he can LET them not do it at all. Based on this screenshot above, we can now infer what Tim meant back in May 25th when he stated, "And just as Tony Boy used his predecessor's history to manipulate his own episcopal appointment,...."
