Happy Friday!

-ONE-
Currently my new favorite outfit, this top from Alley & Rae just screams "#MomLife!" ;) I remember the pre-kid days when I would sleep in until 9-10 a.m. (until I woke up naturally), have a cup of coffee on the couch and finish it while it was still hot, and get to wake up slowly. Those days are long gone over here, but this shirt is just too funny, and one I know all mamas can relate to!

But those little guys who wake me up before the sun comes up sure are precious! I snapped this picture on Sunday (before that sad Cowboys game) and Brandon and I were just cracking up: one of them was super excited for the game while the other was a bit apprehensive as to how we would preform against the Rams -- and he was right!

Walker's cute top is from a Dallas-based kid's upscale consignment shop called Small Pockets and I am obsessed with them. This isn't sponsored; I just get a ton of the boys' sweet smocked/appliquéd/themed outfits from there and wanted to share. You can follow them on Instagram at @smallpocketstx and can buy directly from Instagram and pay using PayPal.

On Tuesday, I posted something on my Facebook and Instagram and wanted to share here, too:

If we really want to make a change in our world and make it better for our children — the next generation — let’s start by paying it forward and showing our children how to imitate kindness TODAY.

I’ll start. We bought coffee for Walker’s sweet teachers on Tuesday and delivered it to them at drop-off. I shared with Walker that there’s no reason for this other than we appreciate them and all they do for us, and we just simply wanted to bring a smile to their faces. How will you Pay it Forward and imitate kindness for your children today?

I have been eyeing this little "pouch," as it's so aptly named on the website, for a long time, and I'm thinking I might have to bite the bullet with it -- or at least add it to my Christmas list. It's just so versatile and I know I would get a lot of use out of it when I'm not carrying my giant mom tote bag around. ;)

-FIVE-
Zulily and Etsy have done it again with some super cute Halloween-themed shirts for Walker and Knox, respectively. Granted, Walker gets to wear his costume to school on Halloween since it's a school day {and his school/teachers are super brave}, but I just thought they were precious. I seriously cannot quit it with Zulily and Etsy!

This is the shirt I got for Walker from Zulily (which obviously has a "W" and his name):

Here is the adorable little top I had made for Knox from Etsy. I had the seller add his name below the little Frankenstein and I know he will just look adorable in this on Halloween before it's time to don his costume!

And speaking of precious T-shirts, I'm absolutely in love with this top from my mom's Etsy shop. If you're a Texan (born and raised here or got here as fast as you could), you need this top! It's so soft and I seriously wear it weekly.

Happy Weekend!
