Happy Friday, friends! I hope everyone has had a great week. Ours has been pretty low-key: a play date with friends, Bible Study, a surprise anniversary dinner for my in-law's, and school for Walker. It has honestly been a nice change of pace from the busy last few weeks.
-ONE-

It was so fun for me to see what everyone is giving their littles -- and I got some great ideas for the boys, our nieces and nephew!

I have seen so many great sales going on lately...and of course Nordstrom's fall sale sucked me in. Up to 40% off? Twist my arm, Nordstrom, twist my arm. ;)

If any of you boy mamas out there are looking for a good, quick read, I would highly recommend "Raising Men, Not Boys." My mother-in-law {a mother of three boys} gifted it to me recently and it's been so eye-opening.
Other books that have helped me as a mom have included: "Bringing Up Boys"; "The New Strong-Willed Child"; and "Parenting with Love and Logic."

Because I just love them. This sweet picture was taken over the weekend when Brandon took them to a local aquarium while I was in Canton. I just love Walker's look of wonder and amazement (and Knox's silly little grin) and it just reminded me that they're such kids and to never try to take away their wonder and amazement at even the little things.
