I found these white cardstock mice on my shelf & decided to use them for today’s puppet craft!


NYC got hit with a blizzard yesterday and the wind chills will be below zero until middle of next week so I wasn’t expecting many people. Since we were closed yesterday, I didn’t have much time to prepare & I threw this theme together right before the program. I needed songs & books that were simple and quick and this actually went pretty well! We only got a handful of kids at the second session so I was able to bring out brand new Lakeshore Brilliant Dot Art scented painters during the craft. I also brought out our new kitchen set at playtime so it was a really nice day.
