Written mostly in dialogue, readers are pulled into the story and stand right next to the characters as they have their conversations about life and the order of things. Different coloured text differentiates speakers, which makes it easy to follow the chatter.
The illustrations are super funky. The characters come to life in a cartoon style, and with loads of white space they really pop on the page.
