i was so bummed that i didn't get to use this at my Stuffed Animal Sleepover earlier in the week. I totally forgot about it. It was super fun to sing today though!
You put the marshmallow in
You take the marshmallow out
You put the marshmallow in and you turn it all about
You put it near the campfire until its nice & hot
That’s when you gobble it up!
Ask kids for suggestions like Hot dogs, popcorn, anything else you eat around a campfire.
Craft: Tents for Maisy
So I purchased a bunch of these cute paper tents and a ton of these camping themed foamies from OTC without any real plan of what I was going to do with them. This week, I got the idea to put little Maisys in the tents and decorate them with the foamies. All week I worried, is this a stupid craft?? But our Maisy tents turned out wonderful! First I passed out the tents & crayons so the kids could color. Then we glued in Maisy and finally added the stickers which everyone loved. The final product really was super cute!
This was a fun theme and one mom told me her family was actually going camping this weekend in their yard so it was great timing! Kids loved the felt board, i loved the craft & puppet song. a fun morning!
