Thanksgiving Weekending
Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all enjoyed Thanksgiving with your family and friends, or wherever you celebrated.Knox came down with RSV last Sunday (and was diagnosed the day before Thanksgiving), so he and I spent all week at home, including on Thanksgiving Day. It was really sad, but I know I'll look back on the time spent with just him on Thanksgiving while Brandon and Walker were at his mom's house with sweet memories in the years to come. It was actually really precious in that both my brother (who's a news reporter) and my cousin (who's a pilot) were working on Thanksgiving, and Knox (also missing Thanksgiving) got to FaceTime with them and it cheered him up a bit. :)
He did start feeling better on Saturday morning (thankfully), so we made a little trip out to have dinner with my brother who was in town and go see Santa. The rest of the weekend was spent hanging out at home, me disinfecting/cleaning everything, Brandon getting the garage cleaned out and organized and I started wrapping Christmas presents.
