It's called Caroline Dress and its from Vicarious Youth this round at Thimble. I don't know if any of you watched the Oscars last night, but this dress would have fit right in! With its vibrant green colors, the metallic highlights and the fashionable bust work; I'm telling you this dress would be a shoe in. So that's why I'm calling this my Partaytay Dress LOL. I even went to Truth to get my hair done and picked up some fancy jewels from Izzie's; just so I could mock up my own Oscars photo shoot.
