Birthday Weekending
Happy Monday! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday. It was really stormy and rainy here Saturday-Sunday, so it was kind of nice to be forced to slow down and gave us a great opportunity to stay home and be lazy!\\ FRIDAY:
+ I took the boys to see the Easter Bunny and then we went to a local park to have a Chick-fil-A picnic and play. It was so pretty and we loved getting to be outside!
\\ SATURDAY:
+ We did all of the birthday celebrations! Brandon and the boys woke me up with breakfast in bed and then I got to spend the majority of the day laying in bed watching "Blue Bloods" while Brandon took the boys shopping and to play. It was so nice!
+ My in-law's kept the boys overnight and we went to dinner with friends! We started at Brio for a drink, then went to Kendra Scott so I could use my birthday discount (I got these earrings that I've been wanting for forever!), and then we met our friends Liz and Chris at Perry's for dinner. It was such a wonderful time celebrating with some of our best friends, and dinner was yummy, too.
\\ SUNDAY:
+ We went to church, picked the boys up from their Sunday School class and came home for a super lazy day! Mom Life never, ever ends, so I did some laundry, unpacked the boys and got a few things done around the house before taking an awesome two-hour nap. (That's the best gift, honestly, ha!)
