Weekend Highlights

Hi, friends! Here's a few highlights from our weekend: 

\\ FRIDAY: 

+ We met my friend Stacy and her three little ones at the Coppell Farmer's Market Park for lunch and playtime. It was a beautiful day and we loved getting to see our precious friends! 

+ Post-naps, the boys had fun playing outside and Walker even decided to climb the crepe myrtle in the front yard -- he's all boy! Thankfully I was standing right beneath him and prepared for any potential falls, but he did a great job.

\\ SATURDAY:

+ Strong thunderstorms rolled through our area around 5:30 a.m., so we had two little boys in bed with us around that time. Brandon {somehow} managed to sneak them out of the bed and to Dunkin' Donuts without waking me up (he's a ninja!) and they had some hot coffee, donuts and kolaches waiting for me when I woke. 

+ We went to a birthday party for one of Walker's classmates at Chuck E. Cheese's, and it was a great place to be while it poured outside! 

+ We had lunch at Mesa, and it was delicious! When we got home, the boys and I took a two-hour nap in my bed while Brandon watched the Masters. When we woke up, we made a quick Target run, and yes, Walker decided to dress casually for the trip: 

\\ SUNDAY: 

+ We headed to church for a beautiful Palm Sunday service + Sunday School, and then Brandon grilled steaks for lunch while we caught up on the Masters and the boys played outside. 

+ Then, we dyed Easter Eggs and watched Tiger clench that green jacket. 

+ We spent the remainder of the afternoon taking naps, playing outside and enjoying the gorgeous spring day.
