Happy Friday, y'all!
We are {obviously} home from the beach and while we had a wonderful time, we are thankful we got out before Tropical Storm Barry decided to show up. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has been and will be affected by the storm.
I'll be back next week with a full beach recap, but in the meantime, here are a few of my favorite photos from our trip:

The boys were thrilled to partake in Free Slurpee Day yesterday after camp! Thanks for the free sugar, 7/11!

And speaking of sugar, Walker and Knox love when I make "Rainbow Cinnamon Rolls," and I promise you they couldn't be easier. Just buy a can of cinnamon rolls (any brand will do) and cook them according to package directions. When they're done baking, plop the icing on the cinnamon rolls -- but don't spread it. Squirt a few dots of food coloring (I use green, blue, pink and purple) on random sections of the icing and then gently spread the edge or tip of a butter knife in small, delicate circles, being careful not to mix the colors. (You'll end up with a dark brownish purple if you do.) That's it! So easy and the boys feel like they're getting a special treat.

I asked over on Instagram Stories yesterday, but I'm dying to know here, too: what's your favorite karaoke song? (Or song you know every word to and sing like no one's watching in your car?) Mine is "Our Song" by Taylor Swift, followed closely with "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice. ;)

Beauty by Earth was so kind to send me their sunless tanner and application mitts (exfoliating glove, application mitt for body and application met for face). And y'all, let me tell you: I LOVE IT. I've used their sunless tanner before, but never the additional products -- and they're all great. The lotion provides color within a few hours and doesn't have the distinct sunless tanner smell, and I love that they only use natural ingredients. The exfoliating glove allows me to exfoliate my skin (especially my knees, elbows and feet) to ensure the tanner applies evenly and doesn't get darker in those rougher areas; while the mitts are perfect for applying to your face and body evenly without staining your hands.
I can't tell you how many people commented on my "beach tan," only for me to reply, "It's sunless tanner!" (I refuse to sit out in the sun and bake, but love the sun kissed color.) I'm a convert to this stuff!  *Some affiliate links used. Thank you for supporting this blog!
