Christmas is such a great time to make memories with your children.

Here are 10 family activities you can use to deepen your relationship with your children at Christmas.

Some of these can also be used in a church setting and are great add-ins for a Christmas lesson.  Enjoy.

Use construction paper to make decorations.  You can make ornaments, Christmas cards and much
 more.  This gives kids the opportunity to use their creativity.

Make Christmas cookies.  What a fun thing to do with your kids.  And you can enjoy eating your delicious treat.

Watch a Christmas movie together.  Movies like A Christmas Carol, Elf, It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street,  Santa Claus, etc.  And don't forget the popcorn and snacks.

Decorate your Christmas tree together.  Kids will love hanging ornaments on the tree.

Put together a gift basket for a family in need and deliver it to them.  This is a great way to teach your kids that true joy doesn't come from what you get at Christmas.  Rather it comes from what you give.

Take a family drive and look at the Christmas lights in your area.  

Go Christmas caroling.  

Pull out the sleeping bags and have a slumber party under your Christmas tree.  Kids love looking up at the lights while snuggled in their sleeping bag.
