an update to my owl themed toddler program is long overdue!
Mystery Box: it looks like a tree but there's an owl in there! what does an owl say?

i couldn't find the felt owls i usually use, so i made these clipart ones right before the program!!! i love them!

Craft: Double sided Owl Puppets
i found this coloring page online & made it so the owls were side by side.
the kids colored both owls. then we fold them in half and put a stick in the middle. we added sparkly heart stickers to each owl! i was afraid this activity might be a bit boring but as usual, i was completely wrong and it was actually perfect!
they came out so cute!
a fun theme before we do something more holiday-ish next week, which is my LAST toddler time of 2019!!!!!!
i loved our flannel song and craft today! also, my mystery box was awesome!
